About

My path to psychotherapy went through war.

I'm Igor Kholodylo — entrepreneur and farmer turned volunteer combat medic in 2014, then clinical psychologist. I served in two combat rotations (2014-2016, 2022-2023) and know firsthand what war does to the mind and body. I walked the path from trauma to healing myself.

Today I help veterans, their families, and Ukrainian diaspora worldwide navigate trauma using evidence-based methods: EMDR, body-oriented therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy (Forest Glade clinic, UPRA, Heal Ukraine Trauma), and more.

Certified by EMDR Europe, Bodynamic International (Denmark), IOM/UN, with a Master's in Clinical Psychology. Featured in The Economist, BBC, Deutsche Welle.
