Igor Kholodylo
Clinical Psychologist · Trauma Therapist
Trauma creates changes you didn't choose.
Healing is changes you choose.
I'm a veteran of two wars, a combat medic, wounded near Avdiivka. I know trauma from the inside. I work with a multimodal chromatic approach – combining EMDR, body therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and other evidence-based methods.
My Approach
Multimodal Chromatic Approach
I don't believe in “one pill for everything.” Every person is a complex system, and therapy must work on all levels: body, emotions, thoughts, meaning. That's why I combine several evidence-based methods tailored to each person and situation.

War broke me – and I learned to be stronger at the broken places.
Entrepreneur → volunteer paramedic 2014, Kulchytsky Battalion → combat medic → PTSD → healing → psychologist → war again 2022 → wounded → healing → therapist. EMDR Europe, Bodynamic (Denmark), UN, ketamine-assisted therapy.
“After demobilization in 2016, I slept in a sleeping bag on my apartment floor for a month. One day, walking out of a supermarket with my wife, I suddenly felt we were under fire.”
