Multimodalchromaticapproach–thepersonasasystem,notasetofsymptoms
Every person is unique – and I adapt every therapy plan to the specific situation. I combine several evidence-based methods so we don't get stuck in a dead end with one approach.

Therapy Methods
Toolsthatwork
EMDR
In-person / OnlineEye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
Gold standard for PTSD treatment. The brain reprocesses traumatic memories without needing to retell them in detail. I use EMDR as the core method with most clients.
Recognition: Recommended by WHO, American Psychological Association (APA), UK NICE and NHS as first-line treatment for PTSD.
Who It's For
Veterans, trauma witnesses, violence survivors, phobias
How It Works
I guide the client's eye movements while they hold the traumatic memory. This activates the brain's natural healing mechanisms.
Body-Oriented Therapy (Bodynamic)
In-person onlyWorking with the body's trauma memory
The body stores what the mind tries to forget. Trauma lives in muscles, posture, breathing. I learned this at Bodynamic International in Denmark – working with the body to release "frozen" states.
Recognition: Bodynamic International (Denmark) – international system of body psychotherapy. Body-oriented approaches recommended by WHO in complex trauma treatment.
Who It's For
Chronic pain, panic attacks, dissociation, body manifestations of anxiety
How It Works
Through body awareness, movement, and breathing, I help the nervous system complete "stuck" reactions.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
In-person only (Forest Glade clinic)For treatment-resistant depression & PTSD
For those whom standard treatment hasn't helped. I work in group format at the Forest Glade clinic (MOH) under medical supervision. This isn't a "magic pill" – it's part of systematic work.
Recognition: FDA (USA) approved esketamine (Spravato) in 2019 for treatment-resistant depression. Clinical trials confirm effectiveness for treatment-resistant PTSD.
Who It's For
Treatment-resistant depression, treatment-resistant PTSD, suicidal ideation
How It Works
Group sessions supervised by a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. Continuous integration within the veteran community.
TF-CBT / CPT
In-person / OnlineTrauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Structured approach to changing negative thinking patterns after trauma. Works with survivor's guilt, intrusive thoughts, destructive beliefs.
Recognition: Recommended by APA, WHO, and NICE as first-line treatment for PTSD. One of the most researched trauma therapy methods.
Who It's For
Intrusive thoughts, survivor's guilt, negative beliefs about self and world
How It Works
Identifying and challenging destructive thoughts, building new, more adaptive beliefs.
Mindfulness (MBCT)
In-person / OnlineMindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
Awareness as a tool for regaining control. Instead of fighting thoughts and emotions – observing and accepting. Especially effective for recurring depression.
Recognition: APA and NICE recommend MBCT for prevention of recurring depression. NHS includes it in standard treatment protocols.
Who It's For
Anxiety, recurring depression, sleep problems, emotional dysregulation
How It Works
Meditative practices, mindful breathing, body scan, and cognitive techniques together.
